Granada Dermatology Clinic

The other day I went and they informed me that they are now a completely private clinic, neither from Adeslas nor from Asisa. It turns out that now just to see you they charge €75, WHAT A THEFT! That they charge you for doing what you need by being private, well, I understand it, but €75 just to see you and tell you what they are going to charge you, I consider it a real abuse!! They have lost a client.

After asking the price of the consultation by phone and telling us that it was €50 because we have been going to this clinic for years (my family and I), we were charged €75 upon leaving, justifying that it is Dr Rivas who sets the price and that 50 is only for review, not for new consultation (this has never happened to us with Jorge Muñoz). It was a 3 minute observation and a prescription. Furthermore, when we leave, they yell at us that we have to go through there before leaving, when we had already paid the colleague and she has let her know. He could have apologized. They have made me feel that the person doesn't matter, only the money.

I went for a mole check-up and to remove some fibroids. The care was quick and excellent. All the moles and fibroids that came from were removed and the doctor prescribed me a formula for facial spots. I left very happy with the attention.

I know all the dermatologists who work at the Granada Dermatological Clinic and they seem like excellent professionals to me. The treatment received during my visits during these years has always been impeccable, close and honest.

A very good center, the reception staff is exceptional and very attentive and efficient. Generally, when I have an appointment, the wait is usually acceptable. In other doctors or clinics I have been to I usually have an average wait of 40 minutes or more, while here, in case of a delay, it is no more than 10 minutes. The environment is very pleasant, both doctors and health personnel have always treated me very well, and with close treatment. I always recommend it to all my family and friends, both for laser hair removal and for any other dermatology requirement they need! I'm very happy!
